If other pressure ratings are required, ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224 can be followed. Operating temperature is -29°C to 538°C.Slab gate valves are designed and manufactured according to API 6D and GB/T 19672 standards, with the same pressure ratings and temperature range as the wedge gate valves.

Wear-resistant ball valves are widely used in power generation, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, and many other industries, primarily for transporting media containing solid particles or with high viscosity. MECCO wear-resistant ball valves follow customer requirements and comply with general standards such as API 608 and GB/T 12237. They emphasize wear resistance with years of accumulated expertise in sealing surface materials, dimensions, and fit precision, making our products widely applied in coal chemical and polysilicon industries.

For applications with extremely strict sealing requirements—such as toxic, flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive media—bellows seals are employed. Both gate valves and globe valves can be designed with bellows sealing. Their design incorporates a dual sealing structure of bellows combined with packing to ensure zero leakage. The previously mentioned standards for gate and globe valves apply here, along with additional reference to bellows valve standards such as MSS SP-117, GEST 89/140, JB/T14315, and JB/T11150.

Except for automatic valves like check valves, all valves requiring powered operation can be designed as electric actuated valves. Their core feature is remote control via electrical signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, or Modbus), making them suitable for fluid systems needing high-precision regulation or intelligent management. Applicable industry standards include IEC 60534 (Industrial Process Control Valve Standards), ISO 5210/ISO 5211 (Actuator Mounting Interface Specifications), and ATEX/IECEx (Explosion-proof Certification for hazardous areas). The electric actuator brand can be selected by the customer or chosen by our company. If the customer provides working pressure and specific media details, we will calculate torque and select parameters accordingly; otherwise, sizing is based on nominal pressure.

Cryogenic Gate Valves, Globe Valves, and Check Valves are designed for service with low-temperature media below -29℃. These are typically categorized into three temperature ranges:-29℃ to -46℃ (or -50℃)-46℃ (or -50℃) to -101℃ (or -110℃)-101℃ (or -110℃) to -196℃Applications below -196℃ are extremely rare and generally limited to media such as liquid hydrogen or liquid helium. MECCO has conducted targeted research in this area and successfully developed prototype valves for such conditions.Cryogenic valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with BS 6364, ISO 28921-1, MSS SP-134, SPE 77-200, GB/T 24925, and other applicable standards. Available pressure ratings include CL150, CL300, CL600, CL800, CL900, CL1500, and CL2500 (or PN16 to PN420).For cryogenic gate valves rated CL600 and below, MECCO provides integral bonnet forging dies up to NPS16, and for globe valves up to NPS12. Bonnet extensions meet the height requirements specified in SPE 77-200. For valve sizes beyond this range, if welding of extended bonnets is not permitted or if special height requirements are specified by the customer, custom die design solutions can be offered.

MECCO Floating Ball Valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 608, API 6D, ISO 17292, and GB/T 12237. Available pressure ratings are CL150, CL300, and CL600 (or PN16 to PN110). For other pressure classes, design can be carried out in accordance with ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. Operating temperature range: -29℃ to 538℃.

The Mecco cast steel globe valves are designed and manufactured in compliance with API 623, BS 1873, and GB/T 12235 standards. They are available in pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, and CL2500 (or PN16–PN420). If other ratings are needed, ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224 can be applied. The operating temperature range is -29°C to 538°C.

A three-way ball valve enables more complex fluid control functions by rotating the ball to change the flow direction. It can be used for fluid diversion, mixing, and flow switching, with any pipeline serving as an inlet or outlet.

A plug valve is a valve that controls fluid flow or regulation by rotating a valve core (plug). Its core structure is simple and provides reliable sealing, making it suitable for high-viscosity, particulate-containing, or corrosive media conditions. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and food processing. MECCO plug valves are designed and manufactured according to API 6D, API 599, GB/T 22130, and other standards, with pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, CL2500 (or PN16\~PN420).

If the customer provides working pressure and media details, we calculate thrust and select parameters accordingly; otherwise, sizing is based on nominal pressure.
