The Mecco compact forged steel check valve is also designed and manufactured according to API 602, ISO 15761, and JB/T 7746 standards, with pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL800, and CL1500 (or PN16–PN250). For CL2500 or other pressure requirements, the valve can be designed per ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. Operating temperature is -29°C to 538°C. The standard design is reduced bore; full bore is available by contract specification.

For example, in chemical industries for handling corrosive chemical media; in marine engineering to resist seawater corrosion; in nuclear power to ensure safe operation of nuclear facilities; in petrochemical industries to withstand high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environments; and in metallurgy to meet high-temperature and strong corrosion conditions.

A filter is a pipeline accessory used to remove solid impurities from fluids, typically installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, constant water level valves, and other equipment. It protects process equipment and specialized pipe fittings (such as compressors, pumps, fuel nozzles, steam traps, etc.) by preventing debris from entering, which could damage components or clog fittings, thereby ensuring stable process operation and safe production. MECCO filters are designed according to HG/T 21637 and can also be customized per customer-specified standards.

In some special service conditions where high quality is essential and customers cannot accept the potential risks associated with casting—such as in high-pressure hydrogenation, oxygen service, or toxic media—customers may choose forged materials even for large-diameter, moderate-pressure applications where casting is typically used. These products follow the same applicable standards and scope as the cast gate valves, globe valves, and check valves mentioned previously.

In industrial systems, all structural types of valves may be used for oxygen service, but an oxygen valve is not simply a substitute for a standard valve. Due to the high combustibility of oxygen and its tendency to cause explosions under high pressure, valves must strictly follow standards throughout the entire process—from material selection and structural design to operation and maintenance.
