The forged steel globe valve is a precision-engineered valve designed for efficient flow regulation in high-pressure and high-temperature systems. Manufactured to meet API 602 forged steel standards, it ensures durability, reliability, and compliance with international specifications. Available in various pressure class ratings such as class 800, class 150, and other ASME class options, this valve provides flexibility to suit different industrial needs. As a type of steel globe valve, the forged steel globe design offers excellent sealing performance and precise throttling capabilities. Made from high-quality forged steel or stainless steel, forged steel valves are widely used in critical applications where strength, safety, and long service life are essential.

The Mecco compact forged steel globe valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 602, ISO 15761, and JB/T 7746 standards. It is available in pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL800, and CL1500 (or PN16–PN250). If CL2500 or other pressure ratings are required, the design can follow ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. The operating temperature range is -29°C to 538°C. The standard configuration is reduced bore; full bore can be provided upon contractual agreement.

NPS 1/2~~NPS 2 (DN15~~DN50), other sizes can be custom manufactured upon request.
Material:
Body materials are selected according to customer orders. Common materials include A105, LF2, F11, F22, F5, F9, F91, F304, F316, F304L, F316L, F304H, F316H, F321, F347, F310, F310H, F44, F51, F53, F55, F60, F20, F904L, N04400, N08825, N06625, N10276, N06600, N08800. Other uncommon materials can be customized as required.
Trim/Stem:
Trim and stem materials are configured according to API 602 standards or customer requirements.
Construction:
Bolted bonnet, pressure-seal bonnet, with straight-through or Y-pattern flow paths.
Operation:
Manual, electric, pneumatic, etc.
