Cast Steel Globe Valve – High-Precision Flow Control Solutions

Cast Steel Globe Valve
The cast steel globe valve is a highly efficient valve type commonly used for regulating flow in pipelines. Known for its precise throttling capabilities, this valve is designed to control fluid flow with accuracy and reliability. Made from durable cast steel, cast steel globe valves offer excellent strength and resistance to high pressure and temperature conditions. These valves are widely used in various industrial applications where flow control and tight shutoff are critical. With their robust construction and dependable performance, cast steel globe valves are an ideal choice for managing complex fluid systems.

The Mecco cast steel globe valves are designed and manufactured in compliance with API 623, BS 1873, and GB/T 12235 standards. They are available in pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, and CL2500 (or PN16–PN420). If other ratings are needed, ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224 can be applied. The operating temperature range is -29°C to 538°C.
