Special Alloy Valves for High-Temperature and Corrosive Applications

Special Alloy Valve
Special alloy valves are designed for demanding applications where standard materials cannot meet performance requirements. Made from high-quality alloy valves and special alloy, these valves offer superior resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and extreme pressures. They are ideal for industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and power generation, where durability and reliability are essential for controlling critical fluid flow.

Special material valves are widely used across many industries, providing reliable fluid control solutions. For example, in chemical industries for handling corrosive chemical media; in marine engineering to resist seawater corrosion; in nuclear power to ensure safe operation of nuclear facilities; in petrochemical industries to withstand high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environments; and in metallurgy to meet high-temperature and strong corrosion conditions.
Size:
All sizes of basic valve types.
Material:
MECCO special material valves have been manufactured using titanium alloy, zirconium alloy, Monel alloy, Inconel alloy, Incoloy alloy, Hastelloy alloy, Alloy 20, duplex stainless steel, copper alloy, etc. Any special material valves can be customized as per customer requirements. To reduce the use of expensive or hard-to-cast rare materials, 3D printing technology has been introduced in the blank manufacturing process. This technology has been successfully applied to produce a batch of titanium alloy valves for customers, featuring precise blank dimensions, no casting defects, and excellent performance.
Trim/Stem:
Configured according to body material and special working conditions.
Structure:
Same as various valve types mentioned previously.
Operation Mode:
Manual, gear drive, electric, pneumatic, or automatic, etc.
