A rotary ball valve combines the functions and advantages of butterfly valves, segmented ball valves, gate valves, and globe valves, while also possessing its own unique powerful characteristics. Its main structure is similar to a butterfly valve, featuring a compact and short design. Thanks to this structural advantage, rotary ball valves can be manufactured in extra-large and ultra-large diameters to meet the demands of projects of various scales. MECCO rotary ball valves are designed and manufactured according to JB/T 14317 and other standards, with pressure ratings up to PN40 and suitable for temperatures up to 200℃.
Size:
NPS8~~NPS120 (DN200~~DN3000), customization available beyond this range upon customer request.
Material:
Body material according to customer order, cast iron and cast steel both available.
Internal Parts/Stem:
On the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair, materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloy, metal ceramic, synthetic diamond, etc., can be applied using plasma spraying, laser cladding, and other techniques based on different hardness requirements, significantly enhancing the valve’s sealing performance and durability.
Structure:
Reliable bidirectional shut-off; capable of reliable shut-off under reverse pressure or when reverse pressure is much greater than forward pressure, achieving bidirectional pressure resistance; automatic centering and automatic over-travel compensation for wear; during instant closing and opening, no friction occurs between sealing pairs, ensuring sealing performance while reducing wear, improving valve operation flexibility and reliability.
Operation Mode:
Manual, electric, pneumatic, etc.
