A needle valve is a high-precision valve used for accurate regulation of very small flow rates. Its core design features a slender tapered valve core (needle-shaped) that fits precisely with the valve seat to achieve fine fluid control. It is mainly applied in laboratory instruments, hydraulic systems, gas regulation, and high-precision industrial processes. Domestic design standards include JB/T 7747, or it can be designed according to ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224.
