Knife Gate Valve

Knife gate valves are widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, sewage treatment, and food processing fields. They are suitable for media containing solid particles, fibers, or suspensions, especially for handling slurry, ash, and other complex materials. MECCO knife gate valves are designed and manufactured according to ANSI/AWWA C520, MSS SP-81, MSS SP-135, JB/T 8691, and other standards, with pressure ratings of CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, CL2500 (or PN16\~PN420).

NPS2~~NPS60 (DN50~~DN1500), customization available beyond this range upon customer request.
Material:
Body material according to customer order, cast iron, cast steel, and forged steel all available.
Internal Parts/Stem:
Sealing surface: metal hard seal or soft sealing materials such as PTFE; stem forged.
Structure:
Efficient cleaning: knife gate plate can automatically remove deposits on the seat, reducing maintenance frequency; compact design: compared to traditional gate valves, knife gate valves are smaller and easier to install.
