MECCO Fully Welded Ball Valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6D and GB/T 19672. Available pressure ratings include CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, and CL2500 (or PN16 to PN420). For other pressure classes, design can be based on ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. Operating temperature range: -50℃ to 150℃.
Size:
NPS1/2~~NPS60 (DN15~~DN1500), sizes beyond this range can be custom manufactured according to customer requirements.
Material:
Body material according to customer order requirements, using forged materials.
Internal parts/Stem:
Seat rings use soft sealing materials such as PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, etc.; the ball sealing surface is made by overlay welding, surfacing welding, spraying, laser cladding, etc.; the stem is made of integral forged material or configured per customer requirements.
Structure:
Barrel-type or ball-type body, with upper and lower support plates or fixed shaft; DBB, DIB-1, DIB-2 types; with or without sleeves; fully welded structure.
