Floating Ball Valve – Efficient and Reliable Flow Control Solutions

Floating Ball Valve
The floating ball valve is a popular choice for pressure applications that require reliable flow control and tight shutoff. Featuring a floating ball valve design, the valve’s ball is held in place by the downstream seat, allowing it to move slightly to achieve a tight seal. This design ensures excellent sealing performance, even under high pressure conditions. Floating ball valves are widely used in various industries where maintaining a leak-proof system is critical, providing efficient operation and durability in demanding environments.

MECCO Floating Ball Valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 608, API 6D, ISO 17292, and GB/T 12237. Available pressure ratings are CL150, CL300, and CL600 (or PN16 to PN110). For other pressure classes, design can be carried out in accordance with ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. Operating temperature range: -29℃ to 538℃.
