DBB Ball Valve (Double Ball) – Reliable Double Block & Bleed Valve
DBB Ball Valve (Double Ball)
The DBB Ball Valve (Double Ball) is a specialized type of ball valve designed for reliable isolation and safety in pipeline systems. Compliant with API 6D standards, these valves serve as efficient isolation valves that provide secure sealing through their double block and bleed functionality. Known as double block bleed valves, they feature two separate sealing balls and a bleed valve between them, allowing for pressure release and leak detection. Available as single valves with integrated double block and bleed capability, DBB ball valves are widely used in industries where tight shutoff and safe maintenance are critical. Their robust design ensures high performance in demanding applications, making them an essential component in flow control and safety systems.
MECCO DBB (Double Ball) Valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6D and GB/T 19672. Available pressure ratings include CL150, CL300, CL600, CL900, CL1500, and CL2500 (or PN16 to PN420). For other pressure classes, the design can follow ASME B16.34 or GB/T 12224. Operating temperature range: -50℃ to 150℃.
