Abrasion-Resistant Ball Valve

Wear-resistant ball valves are widely used in power generation, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, and many other industries, primarily for transporting media containing solid particles or with high viscosity. MECCO wear-resistant ball valves follow customer requirements and comply with general standards such as API 608 and GB/T 12237. They emphasize wear resistance with years of accumulated expertise in sealing surface materials, dimensions, and fit precision, making our products widely applied in coal chemical and polysilicon industries.
Size:
NPS1/2~~NPS32 (DN15~~DN800), customization available beyond this range upon customer request.
Material:
Body material according to customer order, can use cast or forged materials.
Internal Parts/Stem:
The ball and seat use special wear-resistant materials or coatings such as hard alloy, ceramic, rubber, etc., effectively enhancing valve wear resistance and erosion resistance. For example, ceramic wear-resistant ball valves use structural ceramics for sealing surfaces, which have extremely high chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to diamond, with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, erosion resistance, anti-magnetic, and anti-static properties. The stem is made of integrally forged material or configured per customer requirements.
Structure:
Same as general structure, also can be designed as three-way or multi-way connection types per customer request.
Operation Mode:
Handle, worm gear drive, electric, pneumatic, etc.
